Build a meaningful career while empowering adults with disabilities to thrive in their communities. At Dutton Farm, your work creates lasting impact every single day.
We are fueled by purpose. Every task — whether direct care or behind-the-scenes — connects to our shared mission of empowering adults with disabilities to live with dignity and inclusion. We stay true to our calling, keeping integrity and compassion at the center of what we do.
We take initiative and get things done. We move with focus and follow-through, using our time and resources wisely so the mission advances every day. When challenges arise, we look for solutions and keep momentum without losing care for people.
We weather the storm. We stay steady, sturdy, and reliable — the kind of teammates and leaders others can trust when things get hard. Through consistency, calm, and commitment, we prove our dependability day after day.
We serve with empathy and thoughtfulness. We listen first, support each other, and value every perspective. Collaboration means carrying one another's load — working selflessly so our participants and coworkers can thrive together.
We bring a hopeful spirit to our work. Even when the day is tough, we choose gratitude and encouragement. Our positivity isn't shallow — it's a steady belief that what we do matters and that people grow best in a culture of kindness and joy.
We own our work and our words. We act with integrity, care for our resources, and hold ourselves accountable to one another. Responsibility here means stewardship — protecting the mission, our participants, and each other through thoughtful, ethical action.
At Dutton Farm, you are not just joining a workplace, you are joining a community built on purpose.
We believe great work deserves great pay. Our positions start at $18.00 per hour, with competitive wages across all departments, whether you are providing direct support or helping operations run smoothly behind the scenes.
We understand that holidays are important for both personal time and the essential work we do. That’s why we offer additional holiday pay for employees who work on recognized holidays, along with compensated time off for eligible team members during holiday closures.
Planning for your future matters. We offer a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, helping you build long-term financial security while continuing to make a difference today.
Taking care of yourself is essential to taking care of others. Our Paid Time Off (PTO) program helps ensure you have time for rest, personal needs, family responsibilities, and life outside of work.
Your time and resources matter. Team members who use their personal vehicle for work-related responsibilities may be eligible for mileage reimbursement.
Your health matters, to you, to your family, and to the people we serve. We offer health insurance because we know that healthy, supported employees are better equipped to provide compassionate, dependable care to our participants.
If you are looking for a career where your work matters and your employer values you, we would love to meet you.
