Jenny Brown is the CEO and Co-Founder of Dutton Farm, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing community access, skill building, and employment support for adults with developmental disabilities. She also founded and owns Everybody Inc., a social enterprise focused on eliminating barriers to workforce inclusion.
Inspired by her sister, who has Down syndrome, Jenny has advocated for the rights and opportunities of individuals with developmental disabilities for over 17 years. Her work includes facilitating access to employment, volunteer opportunities, community engagement, and higher education.
Under her leadership, Dutton Farm has received numerous accolades, including the National Down Syndrome Congress Employer of the Year Award, Chick-fil-A's True Inspiration Award, and Non-Profit of the Year recognition from the Macomb Business Awards, Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Troy Chamber of Commerce. The organization was also named a champion for diversity and inclusion by Corp! Magazine.
Additionally, Jenny was appointed by the Governor of Michigan to serve on the Michigan Rehabilitation Council, representing disability advocacy groups. She is a board member of the Small Business Association of Michigan, advocating for social entrepreneurs and has received local and national recognition for her pioneering work with Dutton Farm.
Jenny resides in Rochester with her husband, Brent, and their five children—three biological and two adopted.
