Dutton Farm Welcomes Ken Dallafior to Board of Directors

[ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich] – Dutton Farm, behavioral health service provider of Oakland
County, MI committed to empowering adults with disabilities, is proud to announce the
appointment of Ken Dallafior to its Board of Directors.

Dallafior’s successful career spans several decades across both professional sports and
business, marked by a steady progression of leadership roles. His career path culminated in
his current position as President of Commercial Markets at Blue Cross Blue Shield of
Michigan, where he serves as a key leader within one of the state’s largest healthcare
organizations. He has made plans to retire this year, but looks forward to continuing his work
in the community.

Dallafior’s commitment to underserved populations is reflected in the time he dedicates
towards initiatives uplifting these causes. He is a founding board member of the Detroit Lions
Courage House and a former cabinet member of United Way of Southeast Michigan,
reflecting his longstanding passion for creating opportunities and driving positive change
across the region.

Dallafior joins a dedicated board working to advance Dutton Farm’s programs in adult
education, workforce development, and community involvement. His guidance will be
instrumental in supporting the organization’s continued growth across Oakland and Macomb
counties.

Dutton Farm would also like to extend its heartfelt gratitude to outgoing board member Chris
Barnett, Supervisor of Orion Township, for his over seven years of dedicated service. Chris
played a vital role in guiding Dutton Farm’s growth, providing thoughtful leadership and
unwavering support for the mission. His contributions have left a lasting impact on the
organization and the community we serve.
