Dutton Farm Receives Grant from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Foundation for Workforce Development

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich –Dutton Farm, behavioral health service provider of Oakland County, MI committed to empowering adults with disabilities, is thrilled to announce it has been awarded a $25,000 grant from the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Foundation. This generous grant will support the organization’s workforce development initiatives for adults with disabilities, helping to create equitable employment opportunities and foster community inclusion.

“Employment is a vital pathway to independence and dignity, and this grant will allow us to continue breaking down barriers for adults with disabilities,” said Jenny Brown, CEO of Dutton Farm. “We are deeply grateful to the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Foundation for recognizing the importance of inclusion and workforce development.”

The funds will be used to provide skill-building resources and connect participants with meaningful employment that aligns with their strengths and goals. Dutton Farm’s workforce development program empowers adults with disabilities by promoting independence, enhancing job readiness, and advocating for inclusive workplaces.
